We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Marketing Coordinator in our Voorhees, NJ location. This individual will work in a fast-paced environment and requires a broad range of skills and experience in support of key marketing objectives and goals. In this role, the candidate will:
- Coordinate marketing campaigns via e-mail, web, and print advertising within assigned budgets and timeframes, under the supervision of the product manager
- Work closely with internal and external customers to execute marketing campaigns for vendors including copywriting, editing, and proofreading
- Create content for website and emails
- Act as event coordinator for AAA sponsored events
- Track and maintain reports of completed projects
- Work effectively across departments and strengthen internal collaboration
- Work with Graphic Designer to create marketing materials as needed
- Contribute to special projects relating to and in support of the marketing function
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role. Familiarity with brand standards, ad development, and creative design is desirable. Strong copyrighting and editing skills. Ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers. Excellent written communication skills, and advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite round out skills required. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
