AAA South Jersey is looking for a dynamic individual to join our organization as a full-time Public Relations Specialist. This position is a hybrid position, working remotely and in our Voorhees, NJ office.

In this role, the candidate will:

• Raise and maintain awareness of AAA South Jersey by creating and executing an omni-channel plan
• Position AAA South Jersey as a reliable and consistent source of information
• Be the AAA South Jersey advocate to the public and media
• Write and distribute press releases and articles
• Create and implement a public relations plan and calendar for AAA South Jersey awareness and engagement
• Compose and publish high quality content for SEO to generate inbound traffic

Successful applicants will have:

• A minimum of 3 years in Public Relations
• Expert at writing articles and producing content, including video
• Contact and relationships within the community and local press to get coverage and exposure
• Crisis communication skills
• High level of experience with Social Media strategy
• Impeccable business acumen
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously with little supervision
• Available to work nights and weekends
