AAA was founded on the mission of helping people. Our AAA Gives Back program takes this mission from the roadside to the heart of our communities, where we are needed most. AAA South Jersey employees are committed to giving back in several ways including hands-on service, in-kind donations and charitable giving.
In addition to hands-on service, our employees open their own pocketbooks to give back. AAA South Jersey matches donations dollar for dollar for all employee donation campaigns. Additionally, employees are eligible to request up to $50 per year as a donation from the company for a charity that an employee volunteers his or her time to during the year.
AAA South Jersey also supports the community by donating memberships for fundraisers, and by holding food and other donation drives for organizations throughout the year.
AAA South Jersey also supports the community by hosting monthly collection drives to benefit worthy charities in the region. Some examples are canned food for the Food Bank of South Jersey; toiletries for homeless shelters; winter coats for the needy; and Toys for Tots.
AAA recognizes that being a good corporate citizen means helping communities in need. One way we fulfill this mission is through hands-on service by our passionate employees. Therefore, we offer each employee 24 hours of paid time each year to volunteer during work hours. Since the program was implemented in 2011, employees have volunteered more than 11,000 hours.

AAA recognizes nonprofit organizations play a critical role in supporting our communities. That’s why we support as many events and projects that benefit tax-exempt 501c(3) organizations as possible.
Caring for our communities is part of AAA's hundred-year legacy and key to our company values today. We work closely with partners across a wide variety of sectors to identify opportunities that will have the greatest impact. We do proactively seek out new collaborators whose mission and goals are aligned with our funding priorities.
