Driving School Instructor - Part Time - $500 Signing Bonus!

AAA South Jersey is offering a $500 SIGNING BONUS for part-time Driving School Instructors who join our team in Voorhees, NJ for applications received and hired until 3/31/22.

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team, located in Voorhees, New Jersey. This position will work in a four-county area: Camden, Gloucester, Cumberland and Salem.

$500 Signing bonus. This bonus will be paid in two installments. The first $200 will be paid after reaching 45 days of employment, successfully completing training, and have no disciplinary warnings issued. The second installment of $300 will be paid after reaching 90 days of employment and having no disciplinary warnings issued.

In this role, the candidate will:

  • Instruct students on proper driving techniques in an effort to pass state driving road test.
  • Ensure the Vehicle is operational and safe for each student
  • Maintains accurate schedule of training sessions.
  • Keeps detailed and accurate reports of driving sessions as mandated by the Motor Vehicle Commission.
  • Plan and adapt routes in advance to develop students’ capabilities on an individual basis
  • Adheres to all legal requirements. Maintains all licensing requirements.

 

The candidate must be experienced in customer service, ability to instruct students, excellent written and oral communication skills, and PC proficiency. Prior experience as a driving school instructor preferred but not required. Individuals with teaching/tutoring experience preferred. Ability to work nights and weekends. Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a criminal record investigation. Background may be annually reviewed. Ability to obtain required state license. Must be 21 years old or older.
