We have new protocols in place to maintain your well-being which are listed below.

Safeguards:

• A proper face covering/mask is required to enter a branch location.
• Please maintain physical distancing—minimum of 6’ apart.
• If you’re not well and/or exhibiting any cold-/flu-like symptoms, or you have been in close proximity to someone with COVID-19, we kindly ask you to not enter the branch.
   

Operations:

• Capacity may be limited so while we welcome walk-ins, we recommend calling ahead.
• If a branch is at capacity, we will ask for your name and cell phone number at the front desk. We will then call you when it's your time to come inside.
• Please make an appointment with your travel and insurance agent in advance. Phone appointments are also available; simply call the branch to reserve your desired date/time.
• The Hertz desk in our Voorhees location will not be open at this time.
