Drive to Valderice and visit the old Molino Excelsior Mill for a cooking class and lunch. You will overnight in Marsala at the Baglio Donna Franca, an elegant family owned relais with its own winery and vineyards.

Start your day with a visit to the Marsala salt pans. Learn about traditional salt production, or take a boat tour on the Sicilian “Dead Sea”, a decommissioned salt basin. In the afternoon join a tour of the Donna Franca vineyards and winery, followed by a wine tasting session hosted by the owner.

Drive to Mazara del Vallo and visit the Dancing Satyr Museum. Afterwards proceed to Sciacca and take a leisurely walk in the old town center before proceeding to Agrigento for your overnight stay.

Drive to Sant’Angelo Muxaro and experience Sicilian rural life. You will have lunch with a local family and taste the local produce. Observe artisans at their craft, walk to the Grave of the Prince - the largest domed tomb in Sicily - and descend into the Ciavuli Cave Natural Reserve. In the afternoon visit the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, a majestic archaeological site with temples dating back to the 5th century B.C.
